I help mission-driven leaders get out of their own way so they can lead with more clarity, connection, and purpose.

ABOUT LAURA

For more than 30 years, I’ve been a nonprofit leader, educator, and advocate for girls’ education and equity. From co-founding a school to strengthening organizations and raising the resources to sustain them, I’ve always been driven by one goal: helping people discover their voice and their path. Alongside this work, I’ve raised three daughters and pursued my passions for running, theater, and travel — all of which remind me that true influence is as much about living fully as it is about guiding boldly.

Along the way, I discovered something essential:

impact is never just about strategy or structure — it’s about people.

It’s about how we show up, connect, and build trust.

At my core, I am guided by generosity, compassion, and optimism — values that shape the way I work, the way I lead, and the way I coach.

After decades of stewarding organizations, I felt called to something different. I wanted to create a space where change-makers could pause, reflect, and reimagine their impact. Too often, mission-driven professionals push so hard for change that they lose sight of themselves, their joy, and their confidence. Coaching became my way of giving back — helping leaders clarify their mission, recognize the saboteurs that get in their way, and build the confidence and resilience to bring their vision to life.

Today, through LRG Coaching, I get to partner with extraordinary people who are committed to making the world better.

I believe in them fiercely, challenge them directly, and hold space for them to grow. My story is really about theirs: when they thrive, their teams thrive, their organizations thrive — and together, we move the world toward more humanity and connection.
